I offer a free 20 minute zoom consultation to any new clients, this is so we can meet each other and for you to make sure I am the right counsellor for you before booking in for your first session, I can answer any questions you have and give you some more insight into how I work as a counsellor and how our sessions would run if you chose to start your counselling journey with me.
