Young Person Sessions
Working with young people can be both challenging and rewarding, they may not always feel comfortable or willing to open up about their thoughts and feelings. However, working with a creative, dynamic, and playful approach can often be effective in building a safe and trusting relationship with young people that encourages them to share their experiences.
Using a range of tools, such as art, play, music, and other forms of expression. Allow me to create a non-threatening and engaging environment for young people to explore themselves, whilst supporting them to communicate in a way that feels comfortable and natural for them.
Build a safe and trusting relationship with each individual, creating a non-judgmental and empathetic environment, where they feel heard and understood.
