Every indivdual who comes for therapy needs to feel heard, understood, and accepted. This is the solid ground which will create a safe and supportive environment for exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. When you feel that you can trust and rely on me, you will likely feel comfortable sharing emotions and struggles, which can lead to deeper insights and new perspectives.

Working through past experiences and emotions is a common aspect of counselling. Often, past experiences and emotions can continue to have an impact on our current lives. It can be helpful to explore these past experiences to gain insight and understanding, increase awareness and move forward in the present.
